As a Customer Service Assistant / Operations Administrator, you will act as the first point of contact for customers, suppliers and partners, handling incoming calls and emails relating to urgent same-day transport and logistics solutions. Accuracy, communication and prioritisation are key. The Customer Service Assistant / Operations Administrator role also includes shared responsibility for administrative tasks such as pricing, invoice authorisation and third-party shipment tracking. Managing high volumes of calls and emails professionally Processing Transport Requests:
Coordinating time-critical same-day shipments accurately Customer Service Support:
Providing clear updates and solutions for urgent logistics needs Shipment Tracking:
Monitoring and updating third-party transport movements Administrative Support:
Assisting with pricing, invoicing and clerical tasks Data Accuracy:
Maintaining high attention to detail across systems and records Rotational Responsibilities:
Supporting large distributions and specialist transport tasks Team Collaboration:
