Customer Service Learning Vocational Coaches x 2 - delivering Stewarding Retail Hospitality short courses to learners (3 week courses)

Based out of Eastlands Manchester

Interviews 2nd week in Jan 2026

12month FTC Full Time Monday to Friday up to £31,333 (inc car allowance 34 days holidays (inc bank holidays) to start rising to 43 after year 5, support, CPD, induction, IT Kit, eye tests, Long serve rewards, wellbeing initiatives, birthday off, progression opportunities and much more - with a view to going permanent

Our client are one of the largest providers of apprenticeships and work based learning in the North West. Fast paced role where you will be delivering 3 week courses 5 days a week to cohorts of 25 learners. Employee

  • Coach and inspire learners to develop skills in stewarding, retail and hospitality in a group setting around Manchester.
  • Manage and teach a caseload of learners, ensuring they experience a high quality learning programme in terms of content, structure and learning
  • Observe practice and provide constructive feedback

What Were Looking For

  • Experience inCustomer Service
  • Up-to-dateindustry knowledge.Previousteaching vocational training experience essential
  • Hold (or be willing to work towards) relevant teaching qualification.
  • A genuine passion for developing others and sharing knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage a varied workload and deliver high-quality teaching / coaching.
  • Relevant occupational sector experience (vocational) and relevant qualifications (at a level higher than delivery), and/or current updated CPD
  • Functional Skills Level 2 in English, Maths and ICT or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience of coaching to support learning
  • Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload
  • Desirable:
    • Coaching or Assessor qualifications (TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32/33).
    • Knowledge of government-funded training and apprenticeship standards.
