What you'll be doing:
Handling customer enquiries via phone and online with professionalism and accuracy
Administering mortgage accounts (completions, payments, transfers, amendments)
Managing accounts, including opening, closing, and transfers
Preparing letters and responding to enquiries
Performing cashiering duties and supporting internet account processes
What you'll bring:
