Outbound Customer Service Representative (High Wycombe)

What you’ll be doing:
* Making outbound calls to existing customers (min. 30 per day)
* Building strong relationships and understanding customer needs
* Cross-selling and upselling products from a portfolio of 35,000+ items
* Working towards targets for calls, revenue, and conversion
* Supporting with customer queries, orders, and account management
What we’re looking for:
* Confident communicator who enjoys speaking to people
* Driven, positive, and target-focused
* Interest in sales – no previous sales experience required
* Keen to learn, develop, and progress
