Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Support Advisor, located in the Greater Stoke-on-Trent Area, with mostly a work-from-home ethos and some office time required. Monday to Friday, 9-5:30pm.

The Customer Support Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. Additional tasks include assisting with lead generation, supporting new business development, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective account management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and send invoices and purchase orders
- Book training courses in line with client requests
- Respond to emails and telephone queries promptly and professionally
- Collect, process, and distribute post and digital certificates
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer service
- Update the delegate tracker daily for accurate weekly reporting
- Perform daily confirmation calls to trainers to confirm attendance and gather results
- Report trainer attendance and results back to clients efficiently
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Confident communicator—written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with CRM/database systems
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
- A friendly, can-do attitude and willingness to support the wider team
- Ideally have access to your own laptop/ pc to begin with
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills are essential for this role
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and maintaining detailed records
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid working environment
- Previous experience in a customer service role is an advantage
