As our customer base continues to expand, we are looking for a technically minded *Customer Support & Technical Administrator* to join our team and help support customers with their solar and battery systems.
Working in a small but growing team, this role requires someone who is *proactive, organised, and comfortable supporting multiple areas of the business when required.*
The Role
You will be responsible for supporting customers remotely once their solar and battery systems have been installed. This includes responding to queries, assisting with troubleshooting, and ensuring customers receive prompt and professional support throughout their journey and after installation.
You will support systems including *Fox ESS, EcoFlow and Tesla Powerwall batteries*, alongside solar PV installations.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide *remote technical and customer support* for installed solar and battery systems
* Respond to *customer enquiries, service requests and complaints* in a timely and professional manner
* Assist with *basic troubleshooting and system checks*
* Record and manage all *customer interactions and service requests within the company CRM system*
* Liaise with *installation teams, engineers and manufacturers* where technical support is required
* Maintain accurate *customer records, service logs and support tickets*
* Support the wider team with *administrative tasks related to customer service and after-sales support*
* Assist other departments when required as part of working in a *growing SME environment*
Requirements
* Technical background (engineering, electrical, renewable energy or similar preferred)
* Strong *problem solving and troubleshooting skills*
* Excellent *communication and customer service skills*
* Ability to manage multiple queries and prioritise workload
* Comfortable using *CRM systems and office software*
* Organised and able to work effectively within a *small team environment*
Desirable Experience
* Knowledge of *solar PV or battery storage systems*
* Experience with *Fox ESS, EcoFlow or Tesla systems*
* Previous *technical support or customer service experience*
