What You'll Be Doing Carrying out mechanical and electro repairs, upgrades, and testing on industrial control systems and components. Managing warranty claims professionally and promptly, ensuring full customer satisfaction. Producing Risk Assessments and Method Statements to maintain the highest safety standards. Logging service calls and tracking through to resolution using SAP B1. Generating detailed reports and fault analysis documentation after each repair.
