We’re looking for an experienced Cyber Security Manager to own and drive the cyber strategy.

You’ll protect critical ICT infrastructure, safeguard sensitive data, and ensure essential services remain resilient in the face of evolving threats.

What you’ll do

• Lead cyber security strategy and governance

• Oversee incident response and risk management

• Ensure PSN, PCI-DSS, GDPR and Cyber Essentials Plus compliance

• Embed security by design across all projects

• Manage Microsoft Sentinel, Defender and E5 security tools

• Shape cloud and hybrid security environments

• Influence senior stakeholders and strategic boards

What we’re looking for

• Proven cyber security leadership experience

• Strong knowledge of NCSC guidance and regulated environments

• Hands-on Microsoft security stack expertise

• Confident communicator who can influence and collaborate

• Commercial awareness with a risk-based mindset
