The Data Analytics Director– Data Platforms & Analytics is a senior leadership role responsible for end-to-end delivery and P&L ownership of enterprise-scale data transformation programs. This role leads complex engagements spanning SAP BW modernization, SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) pilots, SAP Datasphere implementations, and cloud data platform migrations and data analytics, ensuring predictable delivery, financial performance, and high client satisfaction. The Delivery Director acts as a strategic partner to clients, driving delivery excellence, innovation, and long-term value realization. Required Experience & Skills

15+ years of experience in enterprise data platforms, analytics delivery, and transformation leadership. Proven track record of P&L ownership and portfolio delivery management. Deep expertise in SAP data & analytics platforms, including BW, BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, and BDC. Strong experience delivering data platform modernization and cloud migration programs. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills. Strong commercial acumen and experience shaping and delivering complex transformation deals.
