Data analytics and insights team working with clients to help them understand their level of data analytics maturity and to develop a data analytics strategy that will guide them in achieving their desired level of maturity. We work with clients to identify KPIs and metrics they can use to track progress against their strategic objectives and to assess the quality of their data needed for those KPIs and metrics.
