As part of our continued growth and commitment to delivering high‑quality, data‑driven property services, we are seeking a Data Entry Specialist to support a key systems migration project within our Lincoln office.
Role Overview
This fixed‑term role focuses on preparing, validating, and migrating property management data into Re‑Leased, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the process. You’ll work closely with our Property Management team to maintain data integrity across platforms and support a smooth transition.
Key Responsibilities
* Extracting, cleaning, and formatting data from Veco for upload into Re‑Leased.
* Using Excel to manipulate and restructure datasets, including formulas, lookups, and data validation.
* Conducting meticulous checks to ensure all data is accurate and complete before migration.
* Supporting the wider team with system updates and contributing to efficient project delivery.
* Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in line with Eddisons’ service standards.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong Excel skills, particularly in data manipulation and formula‑based tasks.
* Experience with Veco is highly desirable and will be a significant advantage.
* Familiarity with Re‑Leased is helpful but not essential; training can be provided.
* Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to checking data.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast‑paced environment.
* Comfortable working with large, complex datasets and tight project timelines.
