I'm partnering with a forward‑thinking organisation undergoing a major step forward in how they use and deliver data. They're looking for a Data Platform Lead to own and evolve their Core Data Model, modernise reporting, and shape how data supports decision‑making.

Core Data Model & Platform Leadership

Own, improve and evolve the Core Data Model Work with architecture and platform engineersBI & Reporting

Lead development of dashboards and reporting Align reporting with KPIs and operational needsData Operations & Quality

Oversee daily data operations and validation Improve monitoring, documentation and data flowsLeadership & Collaboration

Manage and mentor a small data team Act as the bridge between business, dev and data architecture What My Client Is Looking For:

Strong data modelling capability Power BI expertise SQL and data transformation experience Understanding of ETL/ELT and data platforms Package & Benefits - £50,000-£55,000 (up to £60,000 depending on experience) - Hybrid: max 2 days/week in Peterborough - 23 days holiday + BH, free gym membership, quarterly bonus
