Recruitment Consultant - Data Science, ML, and AI Data Scientist: Xcede have just started working with one of the UK’s leading tech hospitality staffing companies. Wanting to grow their fifty-person team, you will have a direct, meaningful impact on how effectively businesses can use their staff. By applying your analytical, model-building and problem-solving skills, you will evaluate operational data to optimise the deployment of labour. In this role, you’ll design data-driven systems that forecast staffing needs, enhance service performance, and uncover insights from operational information across multiple well-known hospitality brands. You’ll also help create scalable tooling to support analytics and work closely with teams across the business to turn challenges into practical solutions. Requirements:

Over 3 years of experience creating and shipping real-world AI solutions Strong analytical mindset demonstrated through study or industry work Confident using Python and common machine-learning toolsets Decent grasp of key ML methods and when to apply them Experience delivering ML features in areas like forecasting, optimisation or vision Ability to work with cloud environments (e.g., AWS) Solid in maths and statistics for interpreting complex data Wanting to broaden core server-side engineering skills to help deploy ML components into the wider platform.
