As the face of this iconic building, the Day Concierge will play a key role in delivering outstanding service and ensuring a seamless resident experience. Key Responsibilities: Warmly welcome and assist all residents and guests, ensuring a friendly, professional, and attentive service.

Act as the primary point of contact for residents in person and via the resident app.

Build positive, personalised relationships with residents, anticipating their needs and delivering intuitive service.
