This hands-on role is ideal for someone with experience in both painting and general property maintenance, who takes pride in their work and enjoys a varied day. Responsibilities: Interior and exterior painting & decorating
Surface preparation (filling, sanding, priming)
General property maintenance and repairs (e.g. fixing fixtures, minor carpentry, basic plumbing tasks)
Identifying and reporting larger repair needs
Ensuring clean, safe, and tidy work areas
Working in both residential and light commercial properties
Requirements: Proven experience in painting & general maintenance
Good knowledge of materials, tools, and trade best practices
High standard of finish and attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
Able to work independently or as part of a small team
