Collections Driver (Afternoon Shift)

Royal Mail is looking for a reliable, motivated Collections Driver to join their dedicated team. In this role, you’ll be the friendly face of Royal Mail, collecting mail from post-boxes, customer sites and businesses, ensuring it reaches our sorting centres on time.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Collecting mail from designated routes and priority locations.
Maintaining accurate records of collection times.
Ensuring all items are handled safely and securely.
Providing excellent customer service when interacting with the public and business clients.
Operating a Royal Mail vehicle responsibly and in line with all safety guidelines.

What We’re Looking For:

A full UK driving licence (with no more than 6 penalty points).
Confidence driving in various traffic and weather conditions.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Reliability and the ability to work independently.
A clean DBS check.

Hours: 3:00pm – 9:00pm
Location: Burton on Trent
Hourly rate: £13.07
