What will you be doing?

Are you ready to lead, innovate, and make an impact in the energy sector? We’re looking for a dynamic professional to manage service delivery and drive operational excellence across our key contracts.

As the Delivery Manager your responsibilities will include:

Drive Growth: Identify and develop new opportunities through strong business relationships.

Lead Delivery : Oversee services and contracts, ensuring top performance, safety, quality, and profitability.

Shape Success: Support tender and bid preparation for exciting new projects.

Build Partnerships: Liaise with clients to foster long-term, constructive relationships.

Set Standards: Develop site-specific policies aligned with our values and client needs.

Empower Teams: Manage and develop staff, creating a positive culture and strong retention.

Monitor & Report: Deliver monthly performance reports, highlighting compliance, risks, and opportunities.

Champion Safety: Ensure the highest standards of Health & Safety through proactive management.

Control Budgets: Manage contract finances effectively.

Investigate & Improve: Conduct accident investigations and implement corrective actions.

Stay Accountable: Report P&L performance and recover WIP within agreed timescales.

Plan Ahead: Prepare risk assessments and method statements as required.

Skills & Knowledge Requirements:

Strong project and stakeholder management skills.

Commercial acumen with experience in budget control and contract delivery.

Leadership ability to inspire and develop teams.

Technical awareness of energy systems and compliance frameworks.

Relevant qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, NEBOSH) and experience in energy projects.
