The Company

Looking for your next move in FMCG demand planning? We’re partnering with a fantastic FMCG organisation within the grocery, household, and healthcare categories to find a skilled Demand Planner to join their Commercial Operations team.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing the demand planning side of the integrated business planning (IBP) process, ensuring that a 15-month statistical base forecast is updated monthly for all products/customers, and reviewed according to priority to ensure accuracy. You will incorporate inputs from marketing, sales, and finance into the forecast.

You will forecast, monitor stock management, and analyze the effects of supply variations. Reviewing sales trends to provide accurate sales forecasts will be a key focus. Additionally, you will monitor and maintain stock and supply updates to minimize waste and maximize profit. The role emphasizes analysis, trends, and strategic thinking.

This position is office-based with the flexibility to work from home up to two days a week.

About You

Ideal candidates will be graduates or recent graduates with experience in a Demand Planner role within FMCG. Excellent communication skills are essential for liaising across departments. Strong analytical and numerical skills, along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, are required. Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous.
