What you'll do You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests: You will be responsible for daily food preparations during your day, creating delectable dishes ranging from informal dining on breakfast, lunch and dinner. This will include supervising and leading a team of Commis Chefs together with the Chef de Partie or in their absence; take orders from Chef de Parties and give tasks to Commis Chefs and check they are carried out in the correct manner; sample, smell and observe food, all to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience Youll also show flexibility and creativity in dealing with guests special requests and challenges that may arise during the day The items shared are the essence of a day in the life of a Demi Chef De Partie, but we'll make sure you are provided with specifics on how we care for our hotel.
