We are seeking a driven Demi Chef de Partie - Baker to join the Claridge's Bakery team. Set in the heart of Mayfair, Claridges is an art deco icon and a byword for understated elegance. As a Pastry Demi Chef de Partie, your main duties will be to: To assist in the production of bakery products and the like in the Bakery Ensuring that food preparation is of the highest standard at all times. Ensuring that the appropriate amount of mise-en-place is kept in stock.
