The Role As Night Demi Chef de Partie , you will assist the Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, and Head Chef in delivering high- quality dishes during evening and late- night service. You will play an important role in maintaining the smooth operation of your section while continuing to develop your culinary skills in a fast- paced, professional kitchen environment. This role is ideal for a Commis Chef or Demi Chef de Partie looking to strengthen their skills, gain more responsibility, and grow within a fast- growing and ambitious restaurant group.
