Follow food safety procedures: FIFO, labeling, dating, cleaning, and proper storage, including cold chain compliance. Ensure food quality and report any items that dont meet standards. Monitor food quantities and portion sizes to reduce waste. Check temperatures of food and equipment; ensure proper operation of freezers and report issues. Report maintenance problems promptly. Stay updated on company food safety programs and legal regulations.
