A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based in the Cotswolds for a Demi Chef de Partie or experienced and ambitious Commis Chef to work in their award winning country dining pub and restaurant.
Salary & Benefits
Salary package worth £38k (Basic 34k+ tips)
48 hours - 4 day working week - 3 days off
Live in available off site - own transport required

Work in a modern kitchen
The Role
Reporting to and supporting the Head Chef
Input into menu ideas for the bar and restaurant
Using fresh seasonal ingredients to cook to 2AA rosette levels

The Person
You will already be a Chef in a Restaurant or Pub with AA rosette level kitchen or higher
Able to work unsupervised and be confident communicator
Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
Steady Career History
