What you will bring to the role:
Previousexperience as aDemiCDPwithin a new opening orhigh-profilerestaurant/ hotel.
Prepare and cook food to the highest quality standards.
Manage a specific section of the kitchen, such as the grill,sauceorsauté.
Ensure that all dishes are cooked to order and served on time.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Order and manage inventory foryoursection.
Train and supervise junior chefs and commis
Assistwith menu planning and development.
Ensure proper food safety and sanitation practices are followed
