Demolition Project Manager\n\n360 Recruitment are currently assisting a specialist contractor in their search for a Project Manager, based on a project in Edinburgh.\n\nThis opportunity is to work on various types of demolition schemes.\n\nYou will be responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.\n\nJob role: Demolition Project Manager\n\nLocation: Edinburgh\n\nSalary: £45,000 - £55,000 + car allowance\n\nDemolition Project Manager Responsibilities: \n\nManaging operatives and subcontractors on site.\nProduce and submit progress reports and necessary project documentation.\nOversee site preparation, making sure resources, equipment, and materials are in place and ready.\nPreparing budgets, schedules and forecasts.\nPlanning and overseeing projects from start to finish.\nRequirements: \n\nCCDO Black Manager’s card.\nStrong attention to detail.\nAbility to work in a team & independently.\nExperience in a similar role within the demolition industry.\nTo apply, submit your CV and a member of our team will contact you
