With huge demand for safe, compliant, specialist access solutions, we're seeking a hands‑on Rope Access Equipment, Tools & Plant Manager to drive operational excellence from the depot floor. This role is the operational heartbeat of the business, making sure front‑line teams are equipped, compliant and ready to deliver. Managing, inspecting and maintaining rope access, lifting & safety equipment (IRATA, LOLER & PUWER compliant) Overseeing goods‑in/out, storage, asset allocation & vehicle coordination Preparing and issuing project equipment packs – tested, certified & mobilisation‑ready Scheduling inspections, LOLER examinations, calibration & plant maintenance Managing tool registers, stock control and equipment procurement Coordinating with Project Managers & Supervisors for smooth project mobilisation/demobilisation Completing risk assessments and maintaining documentation for audit & compliance Supporting continuous improvement, depot systems upgrades & smarter ways of working (Optional) Getting involved in live projects and site visits to see your work come to life

Candidate Profile You're a practical, safety‑driven leader with experience in:

Rope access, lifting equipment or working‑at‑height disciplines LOLER, PUWER & IRATA requirements LOLER inspection certification (essential) IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent Forklift & PAT testing preferred Strong organisation, communication and record‑keeping Full UK driving licence A proactive mindset and commitment to doing things right
