We are seeking a proactive and driven Deputy FM Manager to support the delivery of high-quality Facilities Management services within a secure environment. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient maintenance operations across site.

You will play a vital part in supporting operational continuity, maintaining statutory compliance, and driving service excellence, helping to create a safe and well managed environment for colleagues and site users.

The Role

As Deputy FM Manager, you will: Organise and allocate daily maintenance activities in line with safety, compliance, and contractual priorities Monitor progress, productivity, and quality across multiple trades Oversee both planned and reactive maintenance using CAFM systems in accordance with SFG20 requirements Ensure safe systems of work through risk assessments, equipment checks, and adherence to technical specifications Lead, motivate, and support a multi-skilled team in a busy operational environment Manage contractors, ensuring RAMS compliance and high standards of workmanship Act as Approved Person where qua...
