Essential Criteria:
Registered Nurse (NMC) with mentoring/supervision qualification Experience supporting residents with varied health needs Strong track record in safeguarding, clinical risk assessment, and HR processes Knowledge of budget management, sales & marketing Compassionate, resilient, and committed to quality care
