The Role
As Deputy General Manager, you will be the engine room for my clients hospitality operation.
You will focus on:
Lifting Standards: Moving the service from "great" to "exceptional," ensuring every touchpoint reflects the premium nature of the brand.
The Big Launch: Taking the lead on the operational opening of the newly refurbished hospitality floor.
Leadership: Directly overseeing and mentoring the team. You will be a constant, visible presence on the hospitality floor, restaurant and café spaces, coaching the team and engaging with their high-profile clientele.
Business Growth: Identifying opportunities to strengthen the offering and grow the footprint of the catering and hospitality services on-site.

A Hospitality Specialist: You have a deep-rooted passion for service and a background in high-end corporate dining or luxury hotels.
A "Floor-First" Leader: You believe management happens in the thick of the action, not behind a desk. You are a natural at increasing management presence and driving performance through visibility.
Commercially Savvy: You understand the KPIs that drive a successful contract and know how to deliver results that satisfy both the client and the business.
Resilient & Adaptable: With various refurbishment phases, you are comfortable navigating change and planning for high-stakes openings.
