Deputy General Manager / Operations Manager – Hotels

Due to the continued growth of Criterion Hospitality and a number of upcoming new hotel openings, we are seeking experienced Deputy General Managers and Operations Managers to join our expanding team.

These are hands-on leadership roles, ideal for individuals who enjoy being actively involved in the day-to-day operation of a hotel. You will support the General Manager in overseeing all departments, ensuring high operational standards, delivering excellent guest experience, and leading teams from the front.

The successful candidates will be confident decision-makers with strong people management skills and a proven background in hotel operations. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, driving performance, supporting new openings, and implementing company standards across the business.
