Our Opportunity As Deputy Head Housekeeper, you will support the Head Housekeeper in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our busy housekeeping department. Youll help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest service across the hotel. Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing the housekeeping team, ensuring all rooms and public areas are cleaned to a high standard

Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Support rotas, stock control, and ordering of supplies

Step up in the absence of the Head Housekeeper

Train and motivate housekeeping staff

What Were Looking For: Previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory or management role

A hands-on, detail-oriented approach

Strong leadership and organisational skills

Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

Flexible and willing to work shifts, including weekend
