To provide good leadership to the Credit Administration function
To maintain effective communications between departments in the delivery of the Credit Administration function
Ensure all reports are accurate and notify the Head of Credit Services of any exposure excesses daily.
Check, investigate and balance in a timely fashion the Customer Exposure Reports, Overdrawn Accounts report, identify any anomalies and seek remedial action from the respective departments. When this is completed communicate to management directly.
Check and monitor all facilities and conditions subsequent and follow all email and other communication trails.
Investigate and advise the Head of Credit Services of any anomalies or any issues in the department.
Daily check and attend to all reconciliations.
Verification of all fees and transactions before any entries passed are forwarded on to the Head of Finance for Authorisation.
To attend to all issues raised in previous year Audit Report and ensure any issues are resolved and further controls put in place to mitigate any risks in the current year.
Undertake and Deliver on ad-hoc assignments and projects. Skills and experience :
A minimum of 10years experience within a senior credit administrations function.
Experience and understanding of dealing with loan facilitation.
Knowledge of regulations and legislation surrounding key business areas.
Experience of managing employee relations and performance matters
Working knowledge of T24 Arrangement Architecture (AA) functionality.
Degree or Equivalent
Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, and PowerPoint
