Lead and manage the pastoral care systems across the school Support student wellbeing, behaviour, and safeguarding initiatives Work closely with the senior leadership team to implement pastoral strategies Support staff in maintaining a positive and inclusive school culture Contribute to whole‑school development and leadership initiatives

Requirements

A degree with a recognised teaching qualification A minimum of two years of teaching experience within the British curriculum Strong leadership and pastoral experience within a school setting

Salary & Benefits
