As Deputy Manager, youll play a key role in ensuring the home provides a safe, secure and motivating environment for both young people and staff. There will be challenges
but there will also be the smallest moments that feel like huge victories.
Our client supports young people with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. Their holistic model brings together care, education and clinical expertise
including psychologists and occupational therapists
ensuring every aspect of a young persons development is supported to achieve the best possible outcomes.
This role requires a minimum of
two years experience in residential childcare , including experience in a supervisory capacity.

What Were Looking For
A committed and enthusiastic leader with a genuine passion to make a difference
Minimum 2 years residential childcare experience, including supervisory experience
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (England)
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (desirable
support provided if required)
Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months
