We are looking for a Deputy Manager to join a welcoming and supportive childrens residential home. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is ready to step up in their career and help create a safe, nurturing environment where every child can thrive.
What Youll Do:
Work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure the smooth running of the home
Inspire, lead and support a dedicated staff team.
Ensure the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance with Ofsted
Support children and young people in achieving positive outcomes and reaching their full potential.
Oversee care planning, staff development, and day-to-day operations
About You:
Experience working in a childrens residential or Ofsted-regulated setting.
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
Level 5 in Leadership & Management desirable (or willingness to work towards).
Strong leadership skills with a compassionate and resilient approach.
