Ensure support provided is based on support plans, risk assessments and on current best practise.\n\nCarrying out investigations and completing investigation reports as required.\n\nTo present cases at disciplinary hearings and to attend employment tribunals as required.\n\nOperational Responsibilities \n\nTo lead shifts including late and weekend works as required\n\nTo supervise the senior support workers and support workers and liaise with the home manager as necessary.\n\nTo assist the home manager in the management of staff and other resources in the home.\n\nTo contribute in the recruitment and retention of staff, considering quality and equality issues
