Were looking for a nurse-qualified Deputy Manager to join a luxury care home in Exeter, offering high-quality nursing and residential care in a supportive, forward-thinking environment. Youll lead by example, supporting and developing the clinical team while ensuring residents receive person-centred care tailored to their individual needs.
