This role is ideal for someone with operations or team leadership experience—preferably within a regulated or professional environment—seeking a flexible, people-focused position within a high-performing business.

You will enjoy a 4-day workweek, split between home and office, supporting the strategic direction and daily operations of the firm.

The Role

Working closely with the senior leadership team, you'll ensure efficient business operations aligned with best practices. Responsibilities include operational oversight, especially in the absence of the Operations Manager, covering team performance, process improvement, marketing, compliance, and client service delivery.

This varied, hands-on role is suitable for a proactive individual with a strong background in operations, project coordination, or office management, particularly within a regulated environment.
