The Role

Hands-on leadership role with

full responsibility for day-to-day service and team performance . If a day runs well

thats you. If it doesnt

youre expected to fix it. Youll take ownership of how the restaurant operates from open to close. Youll be expected to

run the restaurant confidently in the Restaurant Managers absence .

What Youll Be Doing

Leading peak services end-to-end Running the floor and controlling service flow Managing team performance during shifts Setting up shift structure and team deployment Delivering pre-shift briefs and post-shift reviews Identifying and resolving issues in real time Handling guest issues and complaints during service Supporting and training supervisors and FOH team Maintaining standards of pace, service, and organisation

What Were Looking For

Experience as an Assistant or Deputy Manager in a high-volume restaurant Confident leading busy services under pressure Proven ability to make decisions without relying on senior support Strong floor leader who leads from the front Organised and clear in communication Comfortable holding standards and addressing performance

Salary & Benefits

£34,000 + tronc Annualised hours contract (typically 45 hours per week across the year) Daytime operation
