£38,000 - £46,000 per annum | 30-35 days holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Pension scheme This role will be predominantly based in the Northolt, North Greenford, South Ruislip and Alperton area. Set a spectacular example for the Store Team and your customers Independently manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager Motivate and support your team, learning from our Company Values Diligently check and work deliveries, managing the till area and monitoring KPIs Be a friendly face for every customer, offering excellent service and helping with all customer queries Competently comply with Health and Safety laws, standards and guidelines What you'll need
Experience leading and developing a team in a challenging, fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills to help your colleagues and customers in a friendly and open way A knack for time management, delegation and problem-solving The confidence to support your team through every shift A pride in providing unmatched customer service for everyone who shops with us The ability to monitor, manage and improve KPIs What you'll receive
