Are you an experienced Design Engineer with people management experience looking for a role where you will be the go-to person for exciting, bespoke design tasks within a market leading company that offers an excellent package and ongoing development opportunities?

This would suit someone with a background in Design and experience managing teams, who is looking for a successful, market leading company where they can develop.
The Role:
Lead the design team to ensure processes are streamlined
Work with the production team to ensure consistent, high quality standards
Carry out people management tasks including reviews, training etc
The Person:
CAD experience
Experience producing 2D drawings from client spec
People management experience
Looking for a long term, permanent role offering career development
