We are currently recruiting for a Despatch Team Leader to join our team at Pilgrim's Europe - Moy Park, Craigavon.
As a Despatch Team Leader, you will ensure the smooth, efficient, and cost-effective operation of the despatch department, maintaining the highest standards of quality, hygiene, safety, and service.
You will manage, develop, and motivate your team to deliver against key KPIs and play a key role in driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of Despatch Operatives and Clerks. Ensure efficient stock rotation, accurate despatch, and timely deliveries. Control departmental costs while meeting customer expectations. Drive Health & Safety standards, ensuring compliance with company policies.
