Scripting: Shell, Python, PowerShell, Perl, Java. PostgreSQL admin, performance tuning, HA, replication, backup/DR, Git, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow. Monitoring tools: Grafana, Prometheus + Alert Manager. Key Tasks: troubleshooting, root cause analysis, 24/7 production, managing technical escalations, leading workshops, supporting Agile teams + removing delivery blockers.
