DevOps Engineer

Salary: £60,000-75,000 & benefits

Location: Warwickshire - Hybrid

You’ll work as part of a cross-functional agile team alongside Engineering, Product, and QA, helping to embed modern DevOps practices and ensure services remain secure, performant, and cost-effective as the platform scales.

What you’ll do as DevOps Engineer:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable AWS infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across multiple services.
• Establish and maintain infrastructure-as-code practices, deployment pipelines, and containerised services.
• Own monitoring, incident response, cost optimisation, and operational readiness during peak usage periods.

What they’re looking for:

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, and proven use of infrastructure as a code (Terraform)
• Containerisation knowledge (Docker) and CI/CD pipeline expertise.
• Linux system administration (Ubuntu/Linux), troubleshooting, monitoring, and security hardening
• Caching solutions like Redis/Elasticache and experience with multi-region deployments
