DevOps Manager

Salary: £100,000 - £115,000 + Bonus
We're looking for an experienced DevOps Manager to take a key leadership role across DevOps and Development teams within a growing fintech environment.
This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll define DevOps strategy, drive automation, and ensure PHP-based platforms are secure, scalable, and highly available. You'll act as the bridge between development and operations, shaping how software is built, deployed, and operated at scale.
What you'll be doing
Leading and mentoring DevOps and Development teams
Owning CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and operational reliability
Driving automation, scalability, performance, and cost optimisation
Partnering closely with engineers to deliver cloud-native solutions
What we're looking for
Strong commercial PHP experience (essential)
Proven DevOps leadership experience, ideally in Azure
Deep knowledge of CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, containers, and Kubernetes
Strong background in modern software engineering and cloud architecture
