Join our team as an experienced Fleet Mechanic / Truck Technician and enjoy a four-day work week, with shifts available from Wednesday to Saturday or Sunday to Wednesday. No prior CNG experience? No problem; we provide the necessary training to ensure you can perform your job safely and effectively while earning a paycheck. Our well-organized shop facilities utilize 6S processes, equipped with the tools, equipment, and diagnostic software needed for high-quality maintenance and repair services. In this role, you will utilize smartphone, laptop, and tablet technology to document and execute repairs on Class 8 CNG tractors. Your responsibilities will include performing a variety of repairs, such as engine, brake, drivetrain, electrical, and A/C systems, as well as conducting scheduled maintenance. You will also be required to test drive vehicles exceeding 26,000 GVW and assist fellow technicians as needed. The ability to work independently is essential, and while standard tools are required, we provide major shop tools, diagnostic equipment, and specialized training to support your success. Please note that this position involves frequent movement, including standing, walking, and sitting, to fulfill the job's physical and safety requirements.

PHYSICAL and SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
While performing the duties of this job, the associate will be required to move frequently, stand, walk, and sit. The associate is frequently required to use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and reach with hands and arms. The associate must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs with assistance. The associate must be able to read and write reports. Implement and enforce Health and Safety rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and prescribed instructions.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
· 6+ years of experience REQUIRED
· Diagnostic skills to include Cummins Insite or similar software program
· Certificate or degree from college or technical school required
