Inside IR35 We are supporting a government programme seeking a
Digital Capability Manager
to support the
design and delivery of digital, data and cyber capability assessments , aligned with capability frameworks used across other government departments.
Key Responsibilities
Support the
design and rollout of digital, data and cyber capability assessments
Develop
process maps, templates, tools, guidance and supporting documentation
Define
MVP tooling, artefacts and processes
to support capability-based assessment frameworks
Coordinate
workshops, logistics, briefings and training sessions
with stakeholders
Support
stakeholder engagement and communications
throughout the assessment process
Analyse and synthesise
assessment outputs and capability data
to support reporting and decision making
Maintain working documentation and ensure
consistent delivery across teams
Key Requirements
Experience supporting
digital, data or cyber capability assessments, frameworks or transformation programmes
Strong
stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Experience producing
process documentation, guidance materials and assessment tools
Ability to
analyse outputs and translate findings into clear insights
