Digital Fashion Content Administrator/Graduate

The Company:

We’re looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented Digital Fashion Content Admin/Graduate to support the social and content team. This role is a great opportunity for someone interested in fashion, TikTok, Instagram, and digital content, and who’s excited to learn how social media and creator marketing work behind the scenes.

You’ll help with creator outreach, manage product and sample requests, and assist with creating and organising video and image content using AI tools. This role supports the team with day-to-day tasks and helps keep our content process organised, creative, and on trend.

The Role:

Manage all sample requests for creators on a daily basis.

Track samples, shipping details, and delivery status.

Maintain logs of products sent, creators involved, and content posted.

Follow up with creators on posting timelines and content links.

Help organise creator content for internal use and reposting.

Work closely with the Paid Ads team on GMV trends, top creators and opportunities to scale.

Research TikTok and Instagram creators that align with the brand.

Support outreach to creators via email and direct messages.

Help manage creator communications and follow-ups.

Keep track of outreach, responses, and collaborations in spreadsheets.

Stay aware of current social media trends, viral videos, and popular creators in fashion.
