Ross & Liddell manage a range of properties for the benefit of a range of people: tenants, landlords, developers and owner-occupiers, and are looking for an enthusiastic apprentice to join their team in Glasgow.  

In this role, you will quickly pick up the skills and knowledge needed to be successful and will become a valued member of the team while completing an SCQF Level 6 Apprenticeship. Their team is a perfect place to kickstart your career, supported by experienced colleagues and the wider business.

Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Owner & property management: Upload new owner details into CPL, our property management system, and remove owners who sell properties. You will become a super user on this system
  
• New development onboarding: Send financial information packs to new customers and trigger third-party communication workflows
  
• Job requests & contractor management: Raise job tickets in CPL for tasks such as key cutting and respond to contractor payment queries
  
• Electronic mailing & internal requests: Manage mailings and handle internal department requests via MS Outlook
  
• Reporting & data management: Pull and compile reports from CPL using MS Excel for financial and operational analysis

Salary: £20,000 per annum

Working hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday

They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.

On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
