Digital Marketing Executive
Up to £40,000 plus benefits
Hybrid working - onsite 3 days a week at Cheltenham offices
We're looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to help deliver high-impact digital campaigns across multiple channels. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys blending data, automation and creativity - and who is excited by how AI is reshaping modern marketing.
The role
You'll sit within a collaborative marketing team, owning day-to-day digital execution while working closely with colleagues across content, events and design. Your focus will be on building scalable, measurable campaigns that drive engagement and pipeline.
Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and managing HubSpot workflows, lead generation and nurture programmes
• Supporting campaign planning and amplifying content across digital channels
• Managing social media scheduling, publishing and optimisation
• Updating websites, publishing blogs and supporting on-page SEO
• Tracking performance, reporting on results and improving campaigns through insight
• Providing digital support for broader marketing activity, including events and promotions

What we're looking for:

• Strong, practical experience with HubSpot (this is essential)
• A solid grounding in digital marketing with at least two years' hands-on experience
• A clear interest in AI and a good understanding of how it influences search, content discovery and marketing efficiency
• Confidence managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong collaboration skills
